The Tinsmiths’ workroom has been successfully providing a bespoke curtain and blind making service since its establishment in 1995.
We offer an in-house service to meet both the traditional and more modern demands. Staff are experienced in producing work for all sorts of window casements – from the windows of a barn conversion to the wide expanses of 70’s plate glass. All our curtains and blinds are made using the very best 100% cotton linings and interlinings to ensure superior drape and long lasting quality. We hand sew all our linings and interlinings in place; to guarantee best results, our triple pleat and cartridge pleats are also hand formed and sewn.
Our approach has always been to give our staff a complete and robust grounding in the skills and techniques needed for traditional curtain-making and a full understanding of all the necessary processes involved in successful bespoke curtain-making.
Our combination of excellence in traditional techniques, good quality materials and our appreciation of the demands of contemporary living, result in work that we are proud to produce in our workroom here in Ledbury. We are happy to advise on your project – just drop us an e-mail, bespoke@tinsmiths.co.uk
Thank you so much for your expert eye..... I don't imagine the project would look as it does without you. You gave it all (I did too!). The comments so far have been "exquisite", "beautiful".
